Celebrating Nurses: A Night of Love, Creativity and Camaraderie
Paint Your True Love
The Boston Nursing Institute is thrilled to celebrate the success of Nurses' Paint Night! Paint Your True Love brought together nurses from various hospitals and departments for an evening of laughter, community, and creativity. It was a fantastic event organized by the Boston Nursing Institute in collaboration with the amazing painting company Paint the Town and a wonderful instructor Howard who guided everyone in bringing their true love to life on canvas.
Goodie Bags Galore
We extend a heartfelt thank you to CeraVe for their generous support, providing gift bags with Hydrating Facial Cleanser, a gentle cleanser that maintains the skin’s moisture barrier; Hydrating Sunscreen Body Lotion SPF 30, a nourishing broad-spectrum sunscreen; AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion, a daily hydrator with SPF 30; and PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion, a replenishing nighttime moisturizer with niacinamide and hyaluronic acid. The nurses were thrilled to go home with their goody bags, and as an extra treat, they also got to choose a heart-shaped dog rope toy and an adorable Valentine’s scarf for their furry friends!
Four Fun and Friendly Competition Category
To add to the fun and friendly competition, we had some fantastic prizes up for grabs! We celebrated creativity in several categories, including "Best in Show" for the most outstanding painting, "Most Look-Alike" for those who perfectly recreated famous works, and "Best Bark" for our adorable dog-themed masterpieces. We even had a "Most Room for Improvement" award to encourage everyone's artistic journey. Winners took home some great goodies, including a cozy dog bed (perfect for a furry friend!), a cuddly plush Valentine's Day toy, stylish t-shirts to commemorate the night, and delicious dog treats from local maker Brookie's Cookies – because we didn't forget the four-legged friends!
But the generosity didn't stop there! CeraVe generously supplied skin products for the paint night participants with amazing gift bags brimming with skincare treasures. These incredible gift bags featured a wide array of their dermatologist-recommended products. From cleansers and moisturizers to specialized treatments, each bag was a delightful surprise. The lucky recipients are now well-equipped to pamper themselves with CeraVe's science-backed skincare, including their popular Moisturizing Cream and a host of other fantastic products designed to nourish and protect the skin. Finally, a huge thank you to the Pvt. Charles J. Shutt Marine Corps League for hosting our nurses' paint night! They provided a wonderful and welcoming space for everyone to gather, allowing us to bring in food and even create our own fun playlist for the evening. We had a fantastic time, and we're so grateful for their hospitality!
